- On 14th September 2010, TANKY Construction Real Estate Trading Corporation and the representative of NGUOI LAO DONG Newspaper signed a contract “Construction and finish the Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper Office Building”.

- Construction works on the 1.039m ² area, including 2 basements and 10 floors.

- Contract value is 70,154,293,088 VND. (In words: seventy billion one hundred fifty four million two hundred ninety three thousand and eighty eight Viet Nam Dong)

- Location: Vo Van Tan Street, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City
- Construction Duration: 17 months (from 09/2010 to 02/2012)
