The 2016 Annual shareholder’s general meeting at TAKCO

In the morning of 18th June 2016, Tan Ky Construction Real Estate Trading Corporation (TAKCO), stock code TKC held successfully the 2016 Annual Shareholder’s general meeting (ASGM) at GEM Center, No.8 Nguyen Binh Khiem St, Da Kao ward, District 1, HCMC. The shareholders, guests and TAKCO employees are warmly welcome at the meeting.

The main contents: 2015 Business Performance, 2016 Development Plan, 2015 Profit Distribution Prosal and relative matters...were discussed and voted by all shareholders at the meeting.

In 2015, with high effort and determination of Board of Directors in the condition of favorable changes and positive impact of the real estate market, TAKCO was awarded the series of major projects such as: Samsung Electronics Factory, Hilton Hotel in Da Nang, combination projects of Sala Dai Quang Minh urban area… In addition to several projects just awarded and started construction in first Quarter, second Quarter in 2016, the value of contracts carried out in 2016-2017 goes up to about 1.500 billion VND. Those are typical projects as Holiday Beach Hotel, Kingston Residence, Royal Marina Center, HCM International School…

Executive Board conducted the meeting and answer the questions from Shareholders.

The revenue and profit before tax in 2015 exceeded the plan. The revenue reached to 442,8 billion VND, profit before tax (PBT) to 10,6 billion VND, exceed alternately 11% and 6%.  The 2015 dividend ratio of 5% in cash was planned to be paid to Shareholders by TAKCO in Q.3 this year.

TAKCO business target in 2016 is planned carefully: 700 billion VND in revenue, 21 billion VND in PBT in 2016, increasing alternately 58% and 98% compared with 2015 results. The expected dividend ratio reaches 10% in cash.

TAKCO will make effort to keep improving the managing system according to international standard, like our declaration “Ambition, mission, business philosophy and core values”. These values are applied into business activities in order to make durable values of TAKCO.

Orientation to long-term development strategy, TAKCO affirmed that the stable and sustainable development of construction of civil and industrial works was kept moving. Moreover, TAKCO continues to focus on projects in the role of D&B general constructor. The increasing shareholder value is a goal of TAKCO business.
