In the evening of 13 Sept 2010, the ceremony of signing contract Splendor Project-District 12 took place at the Saigon Sheraton Hotel in cozy air of informal party between three companies: VIET RANG DONG Project Management & Construction Consultant Company Limited, THANH NHUT Construction and Housing Business Company Limited and TANKY Construction Real Estate Trading Corporation at the ratio of investment contribution 35:30:35.

• Total area of project: 5000m2, including 2 high-rise blocks of 15 floors; 300 apartments with medium and small size will be brought into the market, appropriate for  almost households with medium income in intellectual and resettlement circles.
• Address: TX13 Street, Thanh Xuan Ward, District 12, HCM City.
• Construction area: 30.000m2
• Investment capital in total: VND 214 billions
  

- Contractor: TANKY Construction Real Estate Trading Corporation
- Construction Duration: 18 months
- Project is scheduled to start in December 2010. Turnover and profits will be calculated into 2011 and 2012.
