Successfully implementing some of NOVALAND's projects, TAKCO has proven its strong capacity as the main contractor working professionally, prestige and quality placed on the top. On May 16 th, TAKCO received the winning bid for new project from NOVALAND, Sunrise Riverside project, package "Building the body structure and finishing the whole project (Lot G1 & G4)"; Located in Phuoc Kien Commune, Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City.
This is a new project and has a strong attraction in the South of the city, designed delicately, full of facilities inside. TAKCO construction of body structure and completion of the whole project, lots G1 and G4; With 24 floors and total floor area of 65,679 m2.
TAKCO steps into the second quarter with two new projects: Eastin Easy Hotel in Nha Trang and Sunrise Riverside in Ho Chi Minh City. We are preparing the best resources to implement these two projects and are ready to welcome new projects.
