In the morning of March 28th 2017, the ground-breaking of the Ocean Gate Hotel & Residence project was successfully held at Hoang Hoa Tham Street, Nha Trang City. The attendance at the ceremony included executives from the client - Van Phong Development & Investment JSC, P.M.U, Engineering and TAKCO - main contractor.
Ocean Gate Hotel & Residence is located at a favorable City Center and near the beach – one of the most beautiful locations in Nha Trang City. Total construction area is 47,529 m2. The project was 4-star standard designed luxuriously with 2 basements, 4 floor podium and 37 storeys.
TAKCO has prepared the resources of skilled and experienced engineers and modern construction equipment to execute quickly basement construction as soon as the ceremony ended. The aim is complete this project with satisfaction on quality, progress, safety and high aesthetic.
This project is expected to be completed at Quarter 3, 2018.
