On February 22, 2012, Tan Ky Construction Real Estate Trading Corporation in partnership with 55 Company signed a contract with Da Nang Construction Project Management Unit for the package “Construct the frameworks, finishing works and install A/D system, lifts of Da Nang Administration Center”

This is the Priority construction located at Da Nang City

- Total Floor area: 65,234 m2. Basement area:  20,000 m2 for parking, technical equipments space and some ancillary rooms.
- The Podium (from 1st floor to 4th floor, 14,080 m2) is set up for offices, IT center, conference rooms….
