TAKCO was entrusted to contruct a new project in Sala Urban Area by Dai Quang Minh after two previous projects – Sale Gallery and Villas Zone II. It is called Shophouse – a combination of houses and trade services.

Shophouse has flexible area from 167,6 m2 to 172,8 m2 per one. Shophouse is the type of house combined with store – one of the newest apartment kinds in Vietnam. This project is suitable and convenient for rental kiosks and/or both living and business. Shophouse is very advantageous to people who want to live and do business in natural environment.
