On February 1st 2016, Package of Superstructure works for Bia Tiep Restaurant Expansion and Upgrade Project" has been officially signed by and between Tan Ky Construction Real Estate Trading Corporation (TAKCO) and Tay Nam Co., Ltd at 198 Hoang Van Thu Street, Ward 09, Phu Nhuan District, HCM city.

The project is expected to be completed within 3 months from the commencement date on the beginning date of March 2016.

It is the 3rd consecutive project that TAKCO has achieved after 2 big Projects: Kingston Residence (Novaland Client) and Holiday Beach Hotel (Phase 2, Hoa Ky JSC Client) alternately on  the threshold of Binh Than Spring, 2016.
