On March 24th 2016, the Swisstouches La Luna Resort Construction Contract has been officially signed by and between Marina Hotel J.S.C and Tan Ky Construction Real Estate Trading Corporation (TAKCO) at Client’s head-office located at Vinh Hoa Urban Area, Vinh Hoa Ward, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province.

TAKCO is honored to construct the structural and finishing works for Blocks A and B on the whole project. That makes more affirmation of TAKCO’s reputation and trademark in civil construction.

The project consists of 2 Blocks (A and B) with 34-floor height, 1 basement and 4-floor podium. The gross slab area is around 1.600 sqm/ floor.

The favored location in front of the most calm Bai tien Beach, this project is only about 6km from city center and not far to scenic Ponagar tower, Hon Chong as well as  some famous resorts.The 4-storey podium of Block A  consists of  multi-utility services such conference rooms,  restaurant, swimming pool, gym, spa, cafe, bar ...
