TAKCO has been honored to have an award of Sunshine Apartment project, the package: “Foundation, Basement and Structural”, at Tan Thuan 2 Bridge, Tan Thuan Tay Ward as a main contractor after stressful bidding days with other constractors at HCM city.

Project perspective

Sunshine Apartment's scale is 2 Blocks, 1 Basement and 28 Floors. Total construction area is 101.000 m2.

The project would be a modern residential area with high quality and aesthetic, where  is connect to technical infrastructure and social infrastructure with the surrounding area and be friendly to the environment. That has contributed to a better urban development of the city in general and district 7 in particular  to meet TAKCO’s agreed target.  

The project is expected to be completed after 15 months.

TAKCO consecutively signed new contracts, including D&B projects in 1^st quarter of 2017.
