In June 2016, Tan Ky Construction Real Estate Trading Corporation (TAKCO) consecutively received the good news from the Client. This further confirms the reputation and brand of TAKCO in the construction field.

On June 21th 2016, after the groundbreaking ceremony of the Ho Chi Minh International Shool at Nguyen Van Huong Street, District 2 in early June, TAKCO happily received the award letter of HBU, package: Basement & RC work, invested by Hong Bang International University. This project is also called Office Building, Research Center, International Cooperation Center. HBU is located at 215 Dien Bien Phu Street, Ward 15, Binh Thanh District, HCMC.

HBU is designed with 25-storey-office and 45.000 m2 on construction area in total. It is inspired under the image of the knowledge tanker - combining images from the book and the tanker. This will be an international school, featuring the regional match based on the international standards. HBU pursues a closed training model, from preschool to the end of a person's education level.

HBU has full functions such as: halls, application and scientific research centers, laboratory, library...It also has many useful spaces that students and teachers can network, relax and exchange studies together. The internal transportation system, park are provided for students outside around the university.

At the same day, TAKCO is also eagerly started construction works of Hutech Hi-Tech Institute project at the Institute of High Technology, District 9, HCMC.
